
Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flowmeter with DSP Technology
The MUL-310 is a completely "non-invasive" ultrasonic flowmeter designed for use on a wide variety of liquid services. Using "clamp-on" sensors, the meters active sensing elements are mounted externally to the flow tube (or pipe) and therefore not in contact with the measured fluid; making the meter ideally suited to measure flows of high-purity, corrosive, or caustic liquids without the possibility of product contamination. The flowmeter utilizes "time of flight" sensing technology coupled with a patented state-of-the art Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to insure the ultimate in measurement, performance, and stability. The MUL-310 is capable of operating in the most demanding applications and will reliably measure liquids with up to 10% by volume of gas (bubbles) in the flow stream. The MUL-310 is ideally suited for use in the measurement of UHP DI water and host of chemicals used in the semiconductor processing industry.
