Malema offers advanced flow controllers using Coriolis and Ultrasonic flow measuring technologies. They are designed to suit high purity applications for controlling flow of DI water, Chemicals and Slurries. These closed loop flow controllers come in various shapes and sizes to meet the installation requirements of large semiconductor equipment manufacturers. In addition, Malema™ flow controllers can also be used as standalone controllers in chemical dosing and flow control applications.

Malema’s patented Coriolis flow sensor used in the Coriolis mass flow controller is generally immune to changes in fluid conditions such as density, viscosity or the presence of entrained gases in liquids and slurries. Thus having calibrated on DI water, they can be used on different process fluids without further adjustments/corrections for density or viscosity changes. Thanks to the unique sensor design and the advanced firmware that employs innovative signal processing and control algorithms, faster control response and accuracy are ensured.

CMFC-9000 Series Coriolis Flow Controllers

The CMFC-9000 Integrated Coriolis Flow Controller controls liquid and Slurry flows up to 3000 grams per minute to within 1.0% accuracy of the set point, while providing a quick response time of within 2 seconds for consistent control. Mass flow measurement is fluid independent.
